• Return, Replacement and Refund

    At Alphanumero Corporation, we prioritize delivering products of the highest quality to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you receive a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we offer return policy. You have the option to return the unused product in its original packaging within  24 hours from the date of delivery. Once we receive the product back at our warehouse, we will make every effort to replace it with the same product and send it back to you. If the same product is not available, we provide the option for customers to request a refund or a replacement. Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for you.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    In the event that customers wish to cancel their order and request a refund after the order has been processed or the products have been received at our warehouse, we have a specific refund policy in place. If it is possible to cancel the received products, we will issue a refund of 90% of the product cost. However, please note that the remaining 10% will be charged as Order Processing charges, maintenance charges, and other miscellaneous charges. It is important to understand that if cancellation is not possible for the received items, refunds will not be entertained in such cases.

    In the event that we have products readily available for shipment or delivery to our customers at our premises, it is important to note that if a refund request is made, customers will be required to accept those products, and no refund will be processed for them under any circumstances. However, for any remaining products, the refund will be in accordance with our refund policy, which entails a refund amounting to 50% of the total order amount.

    Once an order has been placed, customers have the option to cancel the order within a timeframe of 1 hour if they so desire. It is crucial to understand that if a customer requests a refund, the refund process will be initiated within 10 working days through the same mode of payment used for the initial transaction. However, it is important to note that the payment gateway fees, which amount to 5.08 % of the total order amount, will not be refunded in this particular case.

    Return Process

    Prior notification is required before returning any product. To notify us, you can either send us an email or give us a call. It is important to inform us before returning any products as returns made without notice will not be eligible for any refund of payments. Furthermore, the products must be returned fully processed by the customer. We do not offer return shipping labels, so customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment themselves.

    Once we receive the returned product at our office, we will initiate the refund process. However, please note that all duty or shipping charges associated with the return will be the responsibility of the customer.

    Kindly note that customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs when returning products. Alphanumero Corporation does not cover the returning shipping cost under any circumstances.

    Custom Taxes and Duty Charges

    Please note that any custom taxes or duty charges, if applicable, will be the responsibility of the customer upon receiving the products. It is important to understand that these charges must be paid by the customer, and we regret to inform you that we cannot offer any refunds for such charges in any scenario.

    Limitations on Refunds

    At all times, the refunds will be capped at the exact value of the goods and will not exceed it.
    Non-Refundable Items

    We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any custom-made or stitched clothing items, such as readymade kurtis, menswear, gowns, pre-stitched sarees, or sarees stitched with custom blouses. This policy applies to all cases, and we kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.

    Custom stitched products from our warehouse will not be eligible for refunds or replacements in the event of partial orders. We understand that each product is tailored to your specific requirements, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for these items. We strive to ensure the highest quality standards for all our products, but please note that this policy applies specifically to custom stitched products in partial orders.
    Reporting Issues

    To ensure prompt resolution, we kindly request that any concerns regarding damage, stains, stitching, or any other issues with our products be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receiving them. In order to assist you better, we may ask for a digital picture or video of the matter at hand to thoroughly assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us address any potential issues swiftly and effectively.
